Is Ethic Group's Rekles Going Solo?
Rekles and Ethic Entertainment might be heading in different directions. According to a report by Ghetto Radio, the gengetone artist may have initiated a rife with the rest of the band for "doing solo projects with other artistes". "The whole thing brought issues even among't themselves. I think the rest feel like he has abandoned the group and is working on building his own brand rather than Ethic's", the station's source cites. It is further alleged that Rekles might have breached his contract with record label AI Records. "He is currently working with House of Badass meaning he breached his contract. We are still not sure what next because his current management hasn't addressed the whole issue."Ethic has since denied the claims, terming them "Rumors tu". Rekles, on the other hand, posted a photo with a cryptic caption, "Nilikua kanisa, ati mnasemaje huku?" [I've been in church, what were you saying?]. The internet has expressed mixed reactions on the latest development, as a faction says the group's longevity in the industry was short lived, in comparison to Sauti Sol's 10-year run. Also Read: Kenyan Twitter Set Ablaze After a Sauti Sol and Ethic Group ComparisonReckless exit of ethic just proves how legendary sauti sol is???? https://t.co/F8tSgeDDRo
