Oprah Refutes Sex Trafficking Allegations
Oprah has been topping trends for the better part of this morning, and it is all because of a conspiracy theory. Rumors set sail on the interwebs alleging that the media mogul's house was being raided. Adding fuel to fire, reports also claimed that she had also been arrested on sex trafficking charges. Oprah has since taken to Twitter to shut down the rumors, "Just got a phone call that my name is trending. And being trolled for some awful FAKE thing. It's NOT TRUE. Haven't been raided, or arrested. Just sanitizing and self distancing with the rest of the world. Stay safe everybody."Just got a phone call that my name is trending. And being trolled for some awful FAKE thing. It's NOT TRUE. Haven't been raided, or arrested. Just sanitizing and self distancing with the rest of the world. Stay safe everybody.??

Katy Perry Wins Copyright Reversal Lawsuit
Katy Perry has won the "Dark Horse" copyright reversal lawsuit she filed late last year. The federal judge overturned a jury's verdict about whether or not Perry's chart topping 2013 hit, "Dark Horse" copied Marcus Gray's 2009 Christian rap song, "Joyful Noise". In her ruling, the judge said that "the signature elements of the eight-note ostinato 'Joyful Noise' is not a particularly unique or rare combination". In August 2019, Marcus Gray won the lawsuit where he was awarded $2.78M in damages, a decision Katy Perry soon after countered.A judge has wiped out the $2.8M #DarkHorse copyright verdict against Katy Perry & Capitol Recordshttps://t.co/uwU6ZxxT6l
