Marini Naturals' Latest Marketing Campaign Ruffles Twitterati

Marini Naturals is the latest company to end up on the wrong side of the internet for its "confusing" campaign.
The cosmetic brand launched a marketing campaign on Monday to promote its new range of butter and oils products. However, netizens caught wind of the campaign when Marini put up confusing copies alongside raunchy photos featuring its models on Instagram. Whereas a faction could not clearly understand the message behind the brand's campaign, another merely dubbed the promotion "soft porn" .
The brand's CEO Michelle Ntalami has since responded; "For those asking, here's the very beginning of the @Marini_Naturals Butters & Oils Campaign! As you can see, we began softly on IG with teasers, then products & actual pack shots, then finally, our models. This should give better clarity. Still, thank you for the love & feedback!"

Cynthia Morgan At Odds with Management Head Jude Okoye

Nigerian artist Cynthia Morgan surfaces after a music hiatus accusing Jude Okoye of tanking her career. The "German Juice" hitmaker confirmed in an IG Live interview that she had relocated to Benin, due to financial constraints after a fallout with her label. She further claims that the label failed to extensively promote her as promised.
The Northside Music label head, who is associated with PSquare brothers, claims that Morgan owed the company almost $40 million of which she was unable to repay, but in no way was she held back as their contract had expired in 2017. On Tuesday, he further asserted his innocence by releasing Cynthia Morgan's contract with Northside Music to the public. The agreement proves that the signed contract took effect on 12th of October, 2013 and was to run for four years, with a two-year renewal option.
