Diddy Slammed for Shutting Down Lizzo's Twerking

P Diddy is facing backlash for "rudely" interrupting Lizzo's twerking during his dance-a-thon on Instagram Live. The rapper, who played Moneybagg Yo's stint "1 2 3", abruptly stopped the music when Lizzo started twerking saying, "Stop the music! It's Easter Sunday, let's play something a little bit family friendly". She apologized and requested a playlist change. Fans however were displeased by Diddy's move with most calling him "hypocritical" for not stopping Draya, who earlier did the same thing. He has since clarified that he stopped Lizzo's performance because of the song's profane lyrics, "It wasn't about twerking. You're allowed to twerk on Easter. It was a lot of cursing in the record and I don't need child services knocking on my door right now, you understand?".The internet is seemingly still not convinced, claiming that Diddy low key fat-shamed Lizzo.
