Kibra MP Ken Okoth Passes On

Ken Okoth succumbed to colorectal cancer on Friday, aged 41. The Kibra MP had been battling the illness for close to seven months. It is reported that Okoth suffered multiple organ failure, and was rushed to a Nairobi hospital late Thursday. Ken Okoth becomes the third MP to die of cancer in the 12th parliament.
