Sauti Sol's Polycarp Otieno AKA Fancy Fingers, the lead guitarist in the revered boy band, recently launched his debut children's book 'Written In The Stars'. The book follows a little boy's pursuit of a musical career, an anecdote based on Polycarp's real life.
"Written in the Stars"  is conceptualized by Polycarp, written by seasoned author Melissa Wakhu and illustrated by Matthew Omollo.
There's also a Kiswahili version of the book Limeandikwa Kwenye Nyota which Polycarp describes as his effort to make more relatable and authentic stories available to African children.
It's great to see Fancy Fingers embrace fatherhood with so much enthusiasm as the book launch follows the release of his solo debut Album 'Father Studies', a project dedicated to his son.
Both Written in the Stars and the Kiswahili Version Limeandikwa Kwenye Nyota are retailing at Ksh 950 and can be purchased on the  Hustle Sasa Site (CLICK HERE) and select bookshops across the country.
