Medina beach villa - is three bedroom, privately-owned Beach Villa is in the newly opened Medina Palms resort, set over three floors and with it's elevated position giving it stunning views across Watamu Marine Park and the Indian Ocean beyond.
The Ground floor features one large double bedroom with fitted mosquito net, overhead fan and air-conditioning, a dressing room and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is also on the ground floor with a window that overlooks the beach and pools of Medina Palms, as well as a lounge and dining room with covered verandah.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, dressing room and private balcony with Ocean views, and the third bedroom, also with ensuite dressing room, bathroom and covered balcony. Both rooms have overhead fans, fitted mosquito nets and air-conditioning, and the Master Bedroom also has a TV.
The top floor features a large covered living space with roof-top plunge pool, a kitchenette, and a bar from where you can see stunning views out over Medina Palms and out to sea. There is also a shower room.
