Lupita Nypng'o was honoured yet again for her significant role in the ageless film. The good news was announced on Twitter by Gold Derby who dubbed the Queen of Katwe star as very deserving.
Lupita's fans expressed their pride in her and congratulated the beauty on her umpteenth win Hollywood star Lupita Nyong'o has once again made her country proud after bagging a much coveted award.
The 37-year-old actress was honoured by Gold Derby for her role in iconic movie 12 Years a Slave that portrayed the tribulations of slaves before their liberation.
News  was made on Twitter congratulating the actress on her magnificent skills on the ageless film. Lupita is claimed to have bagged a Film Decade Award for being the best supporting actress.
Other winners included Amy Adams, Gong Joon Ho and Natalie Portman among many others. Her fans congratulated the star and reminded her she deserved the prize more than anyone else.
In 2014, the renowned actress bagged three awards for her role in the movie which were: Screen Actors Guild Award, Critics' Choice Award and Academy Award.
