Fugitives in search of Freedom (Fugitivas, en busca de la libertad) is an upcoming telenovela produced by Lucero Suárez. She has built a reputation with previously produced shows such as as Forgive our sins , Te dio la vida and Ringo for Televisa. The show is an adaptation of the 2016 Chilean telenovela Preciosas. It will star Sachi Tamashiro, Daniela Álvarez, Rocío de Santiago and Marlene Kalb.Fugitives in Search of Freedom tells the story of four women; Frida, Lisset, Lorena and Montse. They all meet in prison where they are serving a prison sentence, with only one of them being innocent.  It is here where they plan come up with an escape plan and eventually succeed. After their escape, they become fugitives who take refuge in a bar and start a new life. Will they succeed or will they get caught once again?Apart from the four leading ladies, other actors who will take part in the show include Cesar Evora, Erika Buenfil, Juan Martín Jáuregui , Gema Garoa, and Arap Bethke among others.
