Head Over Heels is a Televisa production from 2013 starring Livia Brito and Juan Diego Covarrubias.The story revolves around Natalia and Diego, a young couple who meet each other during the fishermen's festivities in Tuxpan, Veracruz. It is love at first sight for them even though they know nothing about each other. Caught up in their romance, Diego is not able to tell Natalia about his twin brother, Rodrigo.When Rodrigo learns that Diego has a new romance, he pretends to be his brother and tries to take advantage of Natalia. Luckily, her friend Andres appears to defend her, but during their struggle Rodrigo falls down and hits his head, leaving him in a coma. Natalia and Andres run away believing he is dead. Natalia tells the truth to her mother, Carmen, who sends her away to live in Mexico City. With no word from Natalia, Diego thinks that she only played with his feelings and ran away with someone else.Two years later, Natalia gets a job at Caprico industries and meets Diego again as the company's vice-president. Natalia escapes from him, terrified that he may try to hurt her again out of revenge. Diego goes after her, searching for an explanation about her leaving town. They are able to resolve their misunderstanding but things are not simple for them because Diego is married to Diana.
