Parenting can be exhausting. You don't get any days off and it's a lifetime commitment. It's even harder for expatriate parents living in a foreign land amid a pandemic. Sometimes, you just need someone to hear you out as you navigate the challenges of parenthood.
Libby Kinkead, a British citizen, spent 3 years in Nairobi and struggled to adjust to life in Kenya at the beginning. Her experiences inspired her to support other parents who may be going through tough times.
A certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Development, Libby's specific areas of expertise are in Early Childhood Development, and in working with expat parents.
Her initiative International Parent Coaching supports families through international relocation and all the emotional upheaval that this type of lifestyle brings.
