Abigail is a vampire comedy horror film based on and a reimagining of the 1936 Universal Classic Monsters film Dracula's Daughter. This movie stars Alisha Weir as Abigail the daughter of Count Dracula alongside Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Kathryn Newton, William Catlett, Kevin Durand the late Angus Cloud and Giancarlo Esposito.In the gripping horror film a group of sarcastic kidnappers led by Joey (Melissa Barrera) are hired to abduct Abigail, the 12-year-old daughter of a rich, mysterious man. The group plans a night of drinking with their hostage, expecting an easy payday. However, Abigail reveals her true nature as a fearsome vampire, taunting them with her predatory prowess.
