Have your kids ever felt inspired to make their own earrings or bead a beautiful necklace for mum but felt like they didn't know where to start?
Beading and jewelry-making is a fun, easy-to-learn craft that most kids can enjoy according to Shiko Onyango who teaches basic beading classes.
Her workshop is located at the LifeStyle in Gigiri. The art space and learning center is the go-to spot for meeting other parents while the kids get creative.
At Shiko's sessions, kids aged five and above can make all kinds of beaded accessories to take home. From cute customized beaded bracelets with their names on them to anklets or just whatever their imaginations desire.  Drop-in hours: Saturdays 10am-noon.
