With less than 72 hours to the world's biggest music event, the Grammy's announced another pack of performers to its already bulging list of stars yesterday. Artists scheduled to perform include first time Grammy nominee Dua Lipa,24-time nominee Lady Gaga, Mark Ronson,St. Vincent, Chloe x Halle, Travis Scott and Andra Day.
They join their counterparts including the 'I like it' Grammy nominee Cardi B, Post Malone and Janelle Monae among others.
As this was ongoing, Ariana Grande pulled out of performing at the award ceremony. Reports indicate that it was due to "a disagreement with the show's producers which left her feeling insulted." The show producers had denied her the opportunity to let her control the choice of songs to perform.

Ariana allegedly wanted to perform her latest number 1 Billboard single '7 Rings', but the producers were not quite feeling it. After constant talks, the producers agreed. However there was a catch, she was to perform the song as a medley, which is common in pop songs, but then the second song was to be of the producer's choosing.
Grande could have none of it and pulled out of performing altogether. Speculations indicate she might not even attend the show. The 'thank u, next' artiste whose album is to be released this Friday is nominated in both pop vocal performance and pop vocal album categories.
The event will be hosted by 15-time recording academy winner Alicia Keys on the 10th of February 2019.
