Make the most out of this midterm week with these 5 activities you and the kids can indulge in this week.

1) Skills Gala- Swim Africa

Swim Africa will be hosting their monthly Skills Gala Montessori Learning Centre at Grevillea Grove on the 22nd of Feb.
The sun is out, the weather is great and if your kids love splashing around, this is the place to be. They'll have swimming competitions for Age groups 5-8, 9-12 and 13-17. Registration is Ksh 350 bob per child and certificates will be issued to all participants so YAY!

2)  PlayLand Amusement Park

Playland Amusement Park- Mombasa road, have a midterm camp for kids aged 2-5 and 6-10. It's running all week and activities include Yoga, Zumba, Pizza Making, bowling, charades and lots more. Charges are Ksh 1500 per kid. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Register your kid by calling 0733747392

3) Bead Making at 'Name your Bracelet'

Are your kids artsy? Do they enjoy making things with their hands? Well, Name your bracelet  have bead making workshops for kids of all ages. They teach kids the art of making cute customized beaded bracelets.  The Studio is located at the China Kenya Culture Education Centre Lavington Owashika Rd plot 238. They even do house calls! 4)  Outdoor Movie Night

The village market will be hosting an outdoor movie night this Thursday 20th Feb. They'll be showing an oldie but goodie family classic Charlie Chaplin- The Kid from 6:00-9:00 PM at the Garden Lounge.  And the best thing about this? It's FREE! Spaces are limited so be there on time.

5)  GP Karting

Are you and the kids adrenalin lovers? Then GP Karting is just what you need to try out. The races go for 10 minutes or you can choose to split it to 5 minutes each with a break. It's located on Carnivore Road and charges as follows: 5-8 Years at Ksh.900; 9-12 Years at Ksh.1,000; 13-16 Years at Ksh.1,100; 17-Adults at Ksh 1,300.
