With pollution rates on the rise and climate change drastically altering our world, it's important right now for kids to learn about the environment and ways to protect and save our planet.
The Ecological Justice Movement in Kenya is led by young eco warriors in the grassroots who aim to promote the education of climate change lacking in our schools and curriculums and encourage communities to create lessons on global warming.
By doing so, our children will be more environmentally conscious and understand the consequences of climate change fully and work towards making the world a better place.
You can help with this noble effort by donating to the Eco Justice Movement book drive to benefit kids in marginalized neighborhoods in Nairobi.
Support these eco resource centers by donating child-friendly reading or audiovisual material on the environment. In addition, the  book drive is also accepting any kid-oriented books to help in supporting literacy.
Drop off your donations at Ukombozi Library, University Way. For more info call 0701387026/0723137324.
