Every year, the Law Society of Kenya conducts the Legal Awareness Week. The objective of the Legal Awareness Week is to promote the mandate of the Law Society of Kenya by extending legal literacy and awareness to members of the public.

The theme this year is Securing constitutionalism and the rule of law.

From the 11th-18th of October 2020, members of the  public will be advised on various aspects of the law and civic education at all LSK branches country wide and also at Milimani High Courts Nairobi.

During the Legal Awareness Week, young advocates will be given a chance to show-case their services with a view to promoting a better understanding by the public of the role lawyers play in the advancement of legal literacy and advocacy in the country.

If you are in need of pro bono legal consultation/advice, follow LSK social media to locate the nearest legal clinic.
