The weekend is here! And It coincides with Eid- Al Adha celebrations. Typically, Nairobians would be out and about partying all night. But we’re in the midst of a pandemic. It’s best you stay indoors and indulge in some home entertainment. This weekend there are some great virtual concerts you can enjoy from the safety and comfort of your home.
World Day Against Trafficking In Persons By H_ART The Band & Tetu Shani
Tonight, 30th July from 8:00 pm, celebrated band H_Art the band and songstress Tetu Shani will be the headliners of the “Survivor” concert put together by Awareness Against Human Trafficking (HAART) which is an organization that is committed to fighting modern day slavery in order to raise funds for human trafficking survivors. The show will be broadcast on HAART’s social media platforms.

The super talented girl duo formerly known as Linda will be performing via their YouTube channel on 1st August 2020 from 8:00pm EAT. They’ll be performing their well known hits as well as new music from their recently launched EP, Love Teaser.
Engage – Sauti Sol The Dope Edition
Sauti Sol in collaboration with Engage Kenya will be hosting a one of a kind show on 1st August 2020. Not only will Sauti Sol perform their songs live, but they will also share their stories with the audience. Tickets are retailing at KES 400 and you can get yours by clicking here. Those who will complete their purchases will receive YouTube links to watch the show on event day. The show will run from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Koroga Festival Virtual Concert with Octopizzo & Decimators
Koroga Fest Event organizers announced the concert will be streamed live on their social media pages on August 2nd 9:00PM EAT.
You’ll get to enjoy performances by the Decimators and OCTOPIZZO from your digital device. The interactive virtual concert will bring together music aficionados from all over the world. Not only will you be enjoying the music, you get to (virtually) rub shoulders with the stars themselves. They’ll be retweeting and liking during intermission.
LollaPalooza is an annual four-day music festival in Chicago, Illinois, at Grant Park. Performances include but are not limited to alternative rock, heavy metal, punk rock, hip hop, and electronic music. This year’s concert was scheduled for Thursday 30th July- 2nd August. Bur Coronavirus happened. The show must go on and they’ll be offering a FREE virtual concert accessible to anyone in the world here.
