If the rigors of life amid COVID-19 are getting to you, perhaps you should consider meditation. It has immense benefits and has been proven to reduce stress, reduce anxiety, and lead to healthier lives. 

It takes just a little planning to create the opportunity for you to practice the techniques of relaxation and deep meditation. If you’d like to zen out this weekend, here’s a plan: Participate in The Art of Living meditation session.

The goal of the Art of Living Foundation is to improve the mental, physical and emotional health of the individual through a holistic approach— particularly for those who are disadvantaged or suffering from depression or chronic disease. They mostly use Yoga & Meditation.

This Sunday, August 23rd, join them for a FREE online breathing & meditation workshop from 10.00AM EAT.

Session includes:

▪Breathing Techniques to relax the mind and reduce anxiety and boost immunity. 

▪Meditation for deep relaxation

▪Interactive Question & Answer session.

Who can join in?  Anyone above the age of 18 years
