‘Unfaithful’: Secrets Revealed

In an unassuming neighborhood in Nairobi,  two families who live directly opposite each other are both struggling with fertility issues. Let’s name them family “A” and “B”. 

Clandestine relationships between the spouses have been happening for months and this complicates things.  After numerous tries,  family “A” gets a child who develops complications and some blood tests have to be run. Family B offers their support during this time. Results are in and  a shocking discovery is made. How will these families tackle this conundrum?
