Idris Elba Tests Positive for COVID-19

Idris Elba has tested positive for COVID-19, he announced on Monday. "This morning I tested positive for Covid 19", tweeted the actor, adding, "I feel ok, I have no symptoms so far but have been isolated since I found out about my possible exposure to the virus." Elba said that he was tested on Friday, after finding out an individual he was in contact was exposed and tested positive. The "Luther" actor is the latest celebrity to contract Coronavirus after Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson late last week.

'Batman' and 'Matrix 4' Halt Production Due to COVID-19

Warner Bros has halted production on its "Batman" and "Matrix 4" films due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Chances are the premiere dates for the two flicks next year will be interfered with. "King Richard" and "Fantastic Beasts 3" have also been postponed indefinitely.

The 'Met Gala' Postponed

This year's Met Gala red carpet event has been postponed indefinitely amid COVID-19 fears. The fashion event, which has been held annually since 2005, was originally scheduled for the 4th of May with the theme, 'About Time: Fashion and Duration'.
