Donald B. Korir faced KOT’s wrath on Tuesday, for claiming that reggae stars Alaine and Morgan Heritage were unknown in Jamaica. In a series of tweets, the exuberant city lawyer said that on his trip to the tropical island, he asked around if the Jamaicans knew Alaine or Morgan Heritage and none recognized them. He also added, “Kenya makes ‘stars’ of non-stars”. His sentiments sparked mixed reactions on the Kenyan Twittersphere, with most slamming him for “not knowing what he was talking about”.
Morgan Heritage won a Grammy Award for the best Reggae album. I don’t need to explain what a Grammy is. I know you are not stupid… It’s only today you are trying to be😂😂😂 I guess you take jokes. Don’t block me

Forget Morgan Heritage.. The entire Jamaica will even tell you about Gappy Ranks…… It’s like someone saying Kenyans don’t know about E-Sir……

I know you know a lot of law but please don’t knock yourself out trying to understand reggae and it’s history. Do you mean also to say that Grampa, Pete’s and Luke Morgan conned the grammies when they received the award

“Joe Kadenge” no one needs the roses after the sun has gone down, they should have named the stadium as an honor to him when he was alive. RiP
