New IG Favorites Feature in Development
According to mobile developer Alessandro Paluzzi, the new feature will rank posts from favorited accounts by a user “higher” in their feed.
In June, Instagram explained in a blog post that it uses a variety of algorithms, classifiers, and processes to personalize user experience on the platform. However, this has not always been satisfactory.
More details on the upcoming feature are yet to be revealed. We will keep you updated on the latest developments.
