New Instagram Icon Customizations Available
Instagram has introduced a new icon customization feature in celebration of its 10-year anniversary. To access it, head on over to settings in your App, drag from the top of the menu down to the bottom. A confetto will pop up and you’ll be directed to the secret menu. You can switch from the current icon to one as far as Instagram’s very first pre-launch icon dubbed “Codename”. Other logos include Twilight, Aurora, Pride, Sunrise, Gold and Very Dark.
The feature is available in both iOS and Android phones. It, however, remains unclear as to the longevity of the new icons.

Govt. Bans Nicotine Pouch, Lyft; KOT Reacts
The government, under the direction of Health CS Mutahi Kagwe, has ordered the ban of British American Tobacco’s nicotine pouch brand, Lyft. The development comes following concerns raised by parents in recent past that the cigarette alternative was being abused by children.
“At BAT Kenya we take youth access prevention very seriously. Whilst we believe it is critical that the product should be made accessible to adult smokers and nicotine consumers in the same locations that cigarettes are sold,” said Caroline Mavuti, the firm’s Head of Corporate Affairs in an interview with Nation Africa.
Kenyans on Twitter have expressed varying reactions following the news, with most applauding the government’s decision;
Just like shisha before it, Health CS Mutahi Kagwe declares importation of “LYFT” nicotine pouches as illegal. I hope it is as successful as the ban on shisha. You see No one in Kenya uses shisha anymore. pic.twitter.com/IQFJE4MZg2
