Apple Unveils First 5G iPhone 12
On Tuesday, Apple unveiled its long awaited first 5G device, the iPhone 12. Powered by "the fastest chip in a smartphone," an A14 Bionic mobile processor, the new flagship models, which come in five different colors, will include the low budget iPhone 12 Mini, regular iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and the high-end iPhone 12 Pro Max.The 5.4-inch iPhone 12 Mini and regular 6.1-inch iPhone 12 will be 11% thinner, 15% smaller and 16% lighter compared to their predecessors. An edge-to-edge OLED display, better dual cameras with a new night mode feature, and a Ceramic Shield with four times better drop performance also come with the devices. The premium 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max will have triple cameras with the addition of an AR and low-light autofocus.The iPhone 12 Mini will start retailing at $699, with the regular iPhone 12 at $799. iPhones 12 Pro and Pro Max handsets will cost $999 and $1099 in stores respectively.
