TikTok Reaches 1 Billion Monthly Active Users
Known for viral trends and iconic memes, TikTok just hit 1 billion monthly active users. "More than 1 billion people around the world now come to TikTok every month to be entertained as they learn, laugh, or discover something new," read a statement by the short-form mobile video platform.
As a place where spreading joy and information goes beyond age, the platform expressed gratitude to its "immensely diverse community of families, small businesses, and creators who transform into our favorite stars".

Wolf Movie Trailer Released
Focus Features has released the official trailer for Wolf. Written and directed by Nathalie Biancheri, the flick is high-concept arthouse drama about Jacob (George MacKay), a boy who believes he is a wolf. When he's sent to a clinic, Jacob and his animal-bound peers are forced to undergo increasingly extreme forms of 'curative' therapies.
However, once he meets the mysterious Wildcat (Lily-Rose Depp), and as their friendship blossoms into an undeniable infatuation, Jacob is faced with a challenge: Whether or not to renounce his true self for love.

Mayor of Kingstown Trailer Released
Paramount+ has released the official trailer for their upcoming series Mayor of Kingstown. Directed by Taylor Sheridan, the drama follows the McLusky family - power brokers in Kingstown, where the business of incarceration is the only thriving industry.
Tackling themes of systemic racism, corruption and inequality, the series provides a stark look at their attempt to bring order and justice to a town that has neither.
