Barrack Obama's Granny Dies
Sarah Obama, beloved grandmother of former US president Barrack Obama, has passed on at the age of 99. Mama Sarah's daughter, Marsat Onyango, confirmed she had "gone to be with the Lord" early Monday morning while receiving treatment at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral hospital, Kisumu. Reports further indicate that her passing was not COVID-19 related."My family and I are mourning the loss of our beloved grandmother, Sarah Ogwel Onyango Obama, affectionately known to many as 'Mama Sarah' but known to us as 'Dani' or Granny," Barrack wrote in a statement via Twitter. "We will miss her dearly, but we'll celebrate with gratitude her long and remarkable life."President Kenyatta said her death was a "big blow to our nation??. We've lost a strong, virtuous woman. Apple Announces The Year Earth Changed Docu
In celebration of Earth Day 2021 (April 22), Apple has announced it will debut The Year Earth Changed, an original documentary special narrated by David Attenborough, along with the second seasons of documentary series Tiny World and Earth At Night In Color.The wildlife documentaries aim at captivating and inspiring audiences to herald Earth Day, the world's largest annual environmental movement. "Viewers will witness how changes in human behavior — reducing cruise ship traffic, closing beaches a few days a year, identifying more harmonious ways for humans and wildlife to coexist — can have a profound impact on nature," read the statement from Apple.The originals are expected to debut April 16th, exclusively on Apple TV+. Miramax released the official trailer for its upcoming thriller Wrath of Man. The plot follows H (Jason Statham), a cold and mysterious character working at a cash truck company responsible for moving hundreds of millions of dollars around Los Angeles each week.During a heist, H shocks his colleagues by displaying surprising precision skills. The rest of the crew has no idea who he is or where he came from.
