Reggae Star Bunny Wailer Dies at 73
Neville O'Riley Livingston, popularly known as Bunny Wailer, has passed on, his manager Maxine Stowe confirmed on Tuesday.The three-time Grammy winning artist was the last surviving founding member of The Wailers group, after Bob Marley and Peter Tosh's deaths in 1981 and 1987 respectively. The trio released hits including Three Little Birds, Satisfy My Soul and Simmer Down before Bunny exited the group in 1974."The world has lost a LEGEND in Bunny Wailer," tweeted politician Raila Odinga. "My condolences to his family, friends and all reggae fans worldwide! Fare thee well Maestro!" Renowned Dancehall artiste, Shaggy, said Bunny's death was "a great loss for reggae and the Jamaican people and Reggae fans around the world. You have made us proud king' rest well. Condolences to the family. R.I.P. Bunny .. your music will forever wail!!!"Bunny Wailer's cause of death still remains unknown but reports indicate that he had been recovering from a stroke since December.Sending love to the Livingston family as Bunny Wailer makes his transition. 'I Cheated!' - Artist Samidoh Confesses
Let the record show that Samuel Muchoki, alias Samidoh, is breaking his silence on recently resurfaced cheating allegations levelled against him. On Tuesday, The Mumbi crooner took to Facebook to address the rumor that he had an affair and sired a child with politician Karen Nyamu."It is true I had a friendship with Ms Karen Nyamu," wrote the married father of three. "It's this involvement that led to the birth of an innocent child whom I have and will always support both emotionally and materially. I am a proud father to my children." He not only apologized to his fans for "setting a bad example" but also took "full responsibility for my mistakes which I regret." "I have never left my wife of 11 years for another woman. I apologized to her and my family before."Nyamu, in a rejoinder wrote on Instagram, "Running away from reality mpaka lini….It was easier to declare the whole truth and not just half of it because you will soon become a slave to apologies. You have done nothing wrong babe."The speculation about the nature of Samidoh and Nyamu's relationship began last year but the two neither confirmed nor denied the claims.
