Apple Services Suffer Brief Outage
On Monday (March 21), users reported Apple-related issues which included services like FaceTime, iCloud, Apple Music and App Store access. The company's developer website, developer.apple.com, also suffered the same fate.
Apple acknowledged the issues by updating their System Status page with 11 outages. Services resumed shortly after.
According to The Guardian, the outage stemmed from domain name system, or DNS - an address book of the internet which enables computers to match website addresses with the correct server.
If you're unable to log into your Apple Music, iCloud or App Store you aren't alone.
