KOT Accuses Robert Burale of Faking COVID-19 Infection; Being a Con-Artist

Robert Burale confirmed to have contracted coronavirus on Monday via Facebook, "Last week Wednesday I was struggling to breath and rushed to Nairobi Hospital where I was tested for Covid-19. 24 hours later the results were out... The doctor walks in to the isolation room and she says "Hello Mr Burale your results are out," and I reply "So I can go home" ..she says, "Unfortunately you have tested positive for Covid and we have to now take you to the isolation ward."
An outpour of messages from well wishers flooded his timeline for the better part of then and Tuesday. However, things seemingly took a turn following his Instagram Live on Tuesday evening. Kenyans intimated that the motivational speaker-cum-pastor might have been pulling a PR stunt as he was not donned in a hospital gown, had his casual head cap on and the tone of his voice did not seem "convincing". All this despite allegedly being in a High-Dependency Unit at the Nairobi Hospital.
A host of people cropped up claiming that Burale was a con artist. One tweep said, "A conman? in HDU in a cap, the same man, intel has it that he faked to have HbSS disease 20 years ago to get a chance to meet his girlfriend. Same conman scammed Nini Wacera of 600k either in the early 2000's (full video of expose on Youtube) This Burale guy!". Another demanded Nairobi Hospital to release a formal statement on the state of his health. Mr. Burale was yet to respond to the allegations at the time of publishing this story.
