Negative Reviews Flood Nairobi Street Kitchen
The internet lit up last weekend after a disgruntled customer tweeted a scathing review on Nairobi Street Kitchen’s Bird Exchange restaurant. According to the customer, known as Leo, the restaurant’s Escudo Frango meal, which costs KES 1150, was “burnt,” calling it the “worst food experience I ever had!!”.
Following their experience, negative reviews and ridicule flooded the timeline blasting Nairobi Street Kitchen and Burnt Offering to the trending topics.
NSK has since issued an apology and reached out to the unhappy customer. But as far as crisis management and customer service goes, they have a long road ahead.
Hello Leo, sincere apologies for this. Kindly share your contact details so we can be in touch. Thank you
