'Godzilla Vs. Kong' Slated for a March 26 Release Date
Warner Bros. has announced that "Godzilla vs. Kong" will be released on March 26th in theaters and on HBO Max. Originally scheduled for a May 21st premiere, the franchise's third installment's release date was bumped up following a settlement on a release strategy between Legendary Entertainment, the production company, and Warner Bros. Legendary was initially displeased with Warner Bros' decision to release all its 2021 movies on HBO Max, and on the same day as their theatrical debuts."Godzilla vs. Kong", the official synopsis reads: Legends collide as Godzilla and Kong, the two most powerful forces of nature, clash in a spectacular battle for the ages. As a squadron embarks on a perilous mission into fantastic uncharted terrain, unearthing clues to the Titans' very origins and mankind's survival, a conspiracy threatens to wipe the creatures, both good and bad, from the face of the earth forever.Godzilla vs. Kong.
