Kamene Goro Speaks On Body Shaming Incident
Kamene Goro is once again addressing cyberbullies who keep addressing her weight issue. On Wednesday, the KISS FM radio presenter took to Instagram alleging that she had been insulted over her body image as while heading to work. "Today I left the house feeling super confident and felt I looked cute. Took a picture… Long story short, somebody called me a hippopotamus", she narrated. "I was like, eeh! Which had me thinking there is so much negativity out here in society and I don't even know why".While acknowledging that these crass judgments do leave a mark, Kamene encouraged young women to hold their heads high. "You're beautiful and whatever struggle you're going through right now is not bigger than the fight within you. You're more than enough. No matter what, you're a queen", she concluded.Kamene is not new to body scrutiny by cyberbullies. In 2019, she clapped back at the keyboard warriors saying, "As the Shamers come here to call me fat and tell me to go to the gym…. ??? I just want you all to remember to live and love every moment, pack yourself full of love, drive and ATTITUDE, your biggest cheerleader is YOU!#Live".I was called a Hippo, Says Kamene Goro as she claps back at Body Shammers pic.twitter.com/MzdHOCrM1r
