KFC Temporarily Suspends 'Finger Lickin' Catchphrase

KFC is dropping its "finger lickin'" slogan amid the coronavirus pandemic. In a statement bearing the headline, "And the winner of the award for the most inappropriate slogan for 2020 goes to...KFC", the fast food chain said that the "iconic slogan doesn't quite fit in the current environment".
Catherine Tan-Gillespien, Global Chief Marketing Officer at KFC, further reassured customers that the "food craved by so many people around the world isn't changing one bit". "Finger lickin'", which has been behind the brand for 64 years, will be blurred out in new advertising materials.

Kagwe Mungai's 'Mean Tweets' Address Bites Back

Kagwe Mungai seemingly amplified online trolls with his 'Mean Tweets' address. The Kenyan singer recently posted a YouTube video where he responded to Twitter abuse from his harshest "critics".
The (now deleted) two-minute video saw Kagwe hit back with some "trash-talking" of his own referring to the trolls' mothers and netizens were not having it, despite the significant abuse thrown in his direction. Here are some of the reactions;

'Enola Holmes' Trailer Released

Netflix has released the official trailer for upcoming flick "Enola Holmes", out September 23rd. "Mystery runs in the family. Millie Bobby Brown, Henry Cavill, Sam Claflin, and Helena Bonham-Carter star in Enola Holmes", tweeted the streaming platform on Tuesday. The trailer comes just a week after Netflix unveiled the flick's official poster.
The Harry Bradbeer-directed crime-drama's official synopsis, according to IMDB, reads: When Enola Holmes-Sherlock's teen sister-discovers her mother missing, she sets off to find her, becoming a super-sleuth in her own right as she outwits her famous brother and unravels a dangerous conspiracy around a mysterious young Lord.
