Why is twitter full of cocaine-sniffing bear memes? The dark-comedy film Cocaine Bear dropped in cinemas over the weekend and fans are loving it!The film is loosely inspired by the events surrounding an American black bear that died after ingesting a duffel bag full of cocaine in December 1985. Sounds stranger than fiction. So they made it into a movie anyway starring the late GoodFellas actor Ray Liotta (who is honored posthumously in the movie) alongside an ensemble cast that made this movie a smash hit at the box office earning $28.4m on opening night on a $35m budget.With an audience score of 75% on Rotten Tomatoes Cocaine Bear has surpassed many critics expectations.
