The Sugar House is a popular four-bedroom house set over three floors with large swimming pool. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the house along the public beach access road. Looking the other direction from the first and second floors are stunning views of the sunset out over Prawn Lake.
The top floor has 2 double bedrooms with air-conditioning, overhead fans, mosquito nets and ensuite bathrooms - both with sliding doors onto private terraces overlooking Prawn Lake. A further seating area built into the terrace is the perfect sundowner spot.
On the first floor are 2 twin rooms with air-conditioning, overhead fans, mosquito nets and they share a bathroom between them. Outside the bedrooms there is a TV room with Satellite TV and DVD Player (no discs supplied) with a bar alongside.
The ground floor is spacious and open plan with bar, table tennis table, and dining table, opening out onto a covered terrace and enormous swimming pool. There is a wide choice of seating areas around the pool area.
