"The Scent of Passion" is a 2021 production by RCN Television and Telemundo. The show stars Cuban actor, William Levy, marking his return to Telenovelas after an eight-year hiatus.  He stars alongside Laura Londono and Carmen Villalobos.The show is an adaptation of Colombian Telenovela from 1994, Café con aroma de mujer.  The Scent of Passion follows the story of a young woman named Gaviota. She and her mother visit Hacienda Casablanca to pick up coffee from the second harvest of every year.

On their planned last visit, the owner of the Hacienda, Octavio Vallejo dies. He leaves Gaviota one hectar of his land as a reward for having  saved him from a kidnapping so that she could grow her own coffee. As Gaviota tries to honor the agreement, she meets Octavio's son, Sebastian. There is an instant connection between the two and an impossible love blossoms between them.
