The Croods: A New Age, is the sequel to 2013's The Croods. It centers on a family of Neanderthals trying to survive the perils of living in a fictional prehistoric era known as "The Croodaceous".The Croods have survived all kinds of natural disasters and in this sequel, they will face their biggest challenge of all: another family. While in search of a new place to live, they come in contact with the Bettermans.The Bettermans, it seems, are better in every way! They have a fancy tree house, futuristic inventions and they're even practising irrigation. The croods are in awe! The Bettermans welcome them to their home but it isn't long before tensions escalate.The two families are forced to put their differences aside when their way of life is disrupted by 'Punch-Monkeys'. This threat to their home sends them on an epic adventure outside their comfort zone that will force them to embrace their differences and draw strength from each other if they're going to preserve their future.It's a story of resilience, teamwork and embracing diversity.
