The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is the third Conjuring horror movie based on the "true case files'' of real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. It's the eighth movie overall in the "Conjuring Universe'' series. In this installment, Ed & Lorraine exorcise a demon from a boy but in a twist of events, the demon goes on to possess a young man who later murders his landlord.

In his legal defence, he claims the devil made him do it and his family hires Ed & Lorraine as part of his defense team. The trailer shows violence, gore and the unadulterated horror we've come to expect from the Conjuring movies.
