Nailea Norvind is not a new face in the telenovela scene. Among her most recognisable role is that of Viviana in Don't Mess with an Angel. She has also starred in Muchacha Italiana and now on The Candidate.In all three of these show, Nailea has portrayed a common character, that of a crazy woman. Viviana, in Don't Mess with an Angel, was Juan Miguel's wife who was believed to be dead but then re-appeared feigning memory loss. She then played Federica on Muchacha Italiana, the mentally deranged cousin of Pedro who wanted to win back her father's fortune from Pedro's family.Now, on The Candidate, Nailea is back in a similar role as Teresa; Gerardo's ex-wife who is in and out of rehab and cannot stop herself from gambling whatever money she manages to steal from Gerardo and their daughter.At this point, it is nearly impossible to see Nailea portray a normal person, although I can't help but wonder how she would be as one.
