2018 will start with a bang for fans of long-running TV series Supernatural as a new spin-off show titled Wayward Sisters premieres January 18^th on the CW network.The show will have familiar characters that will be familiar to fans of Supernatural. The plot will follow Sam and Dean, trapped in a weird world. Jodi Mills will enlist the help of a psychic teen who can travel between worlds to rescue the two Winchester brothers. Jodi Mills, the sheriff who appeared back in the fifth season of Supernatural will also appear.Other familiar faces to star will be Claire, Jimmy Novak the human vessel, Patience Turner the psychic granddaughter of Missouri Moseley, Kaia and Jack the dream walker. Andrew Dabb, who has been the showrunner of Supernatural since it originally started airing says of the spin-off: "We have a lot more supporting characters to the point where taking Jodi away from the core Supernatural show gets us a loss, but it's not the loss it would have been in Season 9."This will be the second attempt at a Supernatural spin-off after Supernatural: The Bloodlines performed dismally and got canned after the pilot episode.
