Kenyan born, U.S. based rapper Mark Mbogo AKA KayCyy Ruto is a 64th Grammy Nominee! Kaycyy Pluto was featured on controversial rapper Kanye West's 'Donda' Deluxe Album which was released in November 2021.
KayCyy's track, 'Keep my spirit alive' was part of Kanye's Donda Deluxe album. Donda is Kanye West's Tenth studio Album and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.
The 24 year old also co-wrote three other songs on the album: Praise God, 24 and Donda.
The Album "Donda" has received 4 nominations in the upcoming 64th Grammy awards, including: Best rap album, Album of The Year, Best Melodic rap performance and Best rap song for the single 'Jail' featuring Shawn Carter. 
KayCyy was nine years old when his family moved to the U.S.after winning the green card lottery. On Q&A on his Youtube Channel, KayCyy revealed that he started his musical career as a gospel singer. After graduating from high school, he moved to New York City in pursuit of a rap career.
Both Kanye and KayCyy Pluto are managed by celebrated rapper Akon's brother and producer Bu Thia.
Under Buthiam, Pluto has released two full-length albums: Patient Enough which was released in early 2020 and Ups & Downs released in the summer of 2021. He has also collaborated with the likes of Travis Scott, Justin Bieber and Lil Wayne.
