The CW’s Charmed series, written by Jane the Virgin’s Jessica O’Toole and Amy Rardin, is the ideal Kenyan 90’s kids throwback TV series that aired on KTN. The storyline is getting a complete switch up, including the names of the sister witches. Piper, Phoebe, Paige and Prue are now becoming Macy, Mel and Madison.

The fresh series is yet to choose majority of the cast; Macy’s sisters – Mel and Madison — as well as Madison’s ex-boyfriend, Mel’s girlfriend (yes, one of the sister’s is a lesbian) and a handsome Whitelighter to show them the way of the witch. However, Ser’Darius Blain (who acted in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle) has scored a role as Galvin, the aspiring filmmaker boyfriend of Macy, who has been described as the “ideal boyfriend”.

Which Kenyan actors do you think would fill this spot perfectly? We’re thinking, Daniel Weke, Ian Mugoya (what happened to this guy though?) or Lenana Kariba.
