Sandra Echeverria Comments on Her Role La Usurpadora Remake

Sandra Echeverria will star in the La Usurpadora remake as twins: Paula and Paulina. The original version was produced in 1998 staring Gabriela Spanic and was quite successful, even in Kenya.This is not Sandra Echeverria's first project playing a double role as she previously played one in El Clone. During promotion for the Novela, the actress sighted that it is still a challenge to play two different characters. She is also not caught up in the comparisons that will eventually come up and is focused on doing her best to portray her characters in this particular version.This version of La Usurpadora will follow the story of Paola, the first lady of Mexico. Paola decides to start a new life with her lover hence forces her twin sister Paulina to impersonate her. She later plans to fake her own death by killing Paulina during a time when her husband, the president of Mexico is going through a crisis in his government.Sandra Echeveria will star alongside Andres Palacios, Arap Bethke and Juan Martin Jauregui.
