Positively African creates content and curates events that celebrate African stories and heritage. Using different mediums - from audio stories to theatre productions - they work with writers, storytellers, actors, publishers, illustrators, graphic designers, sound designers and musicians from across the continent on a range of projects with long-lasting social impact in the literary and performance space. 
They have a strong track record of creating innovative projects and have reached thousands of children and adults through their publications, audio books and storytelling events.
Their new release Tales of the Accidental City is a feature-length film based on an adaptation of a stage play by writer and director Maïmouna Jallow. Four residents of Nairobi, stuck together in an anger management class, must explain what got them there and attempt to heal the wounds of the past.
