If you're a book lover, then show it! Here's your chance to participate in the #libraryselfie challenge. What's it about? Now in its 5th year, #Libraryselfie is Library Aid's annual social media campaign aimed at getting young Africans to visit libraries and bookshops.
Library Aid Africa is a not-for-profit organization that leverages digital technology and citizen engagement approaches to make libraries viable.
They're calling on all bibliophiles across 8 African countries, including Kenya, to participate in the #libraryselfie challenge.
Here's how it works:
  •     Take a selfie of you reading a book at a library, bookshop or even at home surrounded by books.
  •     Upload your picture on Instagram and tag @libraryaidafrica. Include your full names and the African city you live in
  •     Participants with the highest likes in each participating country wins
Competition ends on August 26th.
Lots of exciting prizes to be won!
