Pablo Lyle Found Guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter
Mexican actor, Pablo Lyle has been convicted for Involuntary Manslaughter. He is best known for Telenovelas such as “Shadows of the Past” and “My Adorable Curse”.
Pablo Lyle has been on trial since 2019 following an incident that happened the same year. He had travelled to Miami with his wife and children to spend vacation with his sister and brother-in-law. When they were heading back to Mexico, Lyle’s brother-in-law, Lucas Delfino, took a wrong turn and cut in front of Juan Ricardo Hernández’s car on their way to the airport. Lucas got into an argument with Juan Ricardo, causing Lyle s to get out of the car. He hit Juan Hernández in the face and returned to the car to the car before leaving with his family.
After the punch, Hernández fell to the ground, and witnesses called an ambulance. Four days later, Hernández died on April 4, 2019. According to the autopsy, the 63-year-old man died of brain trauma caused by his altercation with Lyle. The actor was charged for the death and has spent three and a half years under house arrest.
A few weeks ago, Pablo Lyle was found guilty on the charge of involuntary manslaughter. The jury determined that he reacted aggressively out of anger and not fear. Pablo Lyle is however allowed to make an appeal. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
