Mexican actor, Pablo Lyle is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter. The actor is known for his leading roles in shows like Shadows of the Past and My Sweet Curse.
Pablo Lyle had a confrontation with a man named Juan Ricardo Hernández on March 31, 2019. He was a passenger, with his brother-in-law at the wheel. CCTV footage showed the victim stepping out of his car and approaching them. The actor got out of the vehicle as well and punched Hernández, who then fell to the ground. The man succumbed to injuries and died four days later in a hospital in Miami. The actor was later arrested and placed under house arrest.
Pablo Lyle's last trial was on October 14, 2021, and he asked that his trial be postponed. It was the fifth time that he asked for postponement since he was charged. His lawyer explained to the Judge that they needed more time because the parties involved were working to resolve an issue.
Meanwhile, Pablo Lyle is required to wear a GPS monitor on his ankle. He is also under pertinent restrictions that include moving in a defined radius. He is also not allowed to leave the USA and has therefore not been able to continue his acting career. His next trial is scheduled for November 30.
