Over the past 2 weeks, Vogue challenge has swept over social media. Kenyans hopped onto the challenge to show off their beautiful pictures which are worthy to grace the cover of the popular magazine.  To participate in the challenge all you have to do is find a photo collage application with text abilities and edit the Vogue font on the top centre of your picture. Here are some of our favorites.

Yes I did the #VogueChallenge. Fomo grew bigger than the imposter syndrome I was feeling about portraits that I've shot. I also learnt a few things. . I don't think we're doing this for Vogue. For their approval. No. We're doing this to imagine ourselves in a place that was never designed for us. A big space. Tbh there's a feeling when you put the images in a cover and suddenly see that your work is worthy. No one needed to tell you that, you realized it. All because of a challenge. . And to anyone coming with the 'we should start our own things instead' narrative. What do you think we've been doing as artists? These images weren't commissioned. Making these images is me starting and doing my own thing. . This made me feel nice. Next, NatGeo cover.
