Mexico is world renowned for its amazing Telenovelas but there is one more country in Latin America that Telenovelas fans should look out for. Colombia is home to some well-known novelas and we have listed some of our top favorites:1. The Queen of Flow (La reina del flow)The Queen of Flow is a 2018 production by Caracol starring Carolina Ramirez and Carlos Torres.  The show follows the story of Yeimy Montoya, a young girl who is talented in music. She however falls in love with an aspiring singer, Charly. He ends up tricking her in order to steal her music. Yeimy goes to prison for 17 years while Charly makes a name for himself as a singer with the music he stole from her. Yeimy is released from prison and soon returns to get her revenge on Charly.2. Bolivar, An Admirable Fight (Bolívar, una lucha admirable)Bolivar is a historical drama from 2019, staring Luis Geronimo Abreu. The show is about the life of Simon Bolivar, following the events of his life from the age of 7 till his death. He was a Venezuelan General who helped liberate several South American countries from Spanish colonial rule. The show is packed with action as the general plans to fight the crown, including his numerous romantic escapades.3. River of Passion (Sinú, río de pasiones)River of Passions is a Caracol Production from 2016 starring Natalia Jerez, Mario Espitia, and Carlos Enrique Almirante. The show follows the story of two friends, Cristian and Felipe. Felipe is in love with Lina Maria and the two are about to get married when Felipe suddenly disappears. Cristian and Lina Maria believe he is dead and both mourn for his demise but end up developing feelings  for each other.
